How is this helping the consumer? The everyday person outside of the real estate field would not have one clue on who to call upon. Eerily similar when researching insurance companies to call upon to get health insurance quotes. Catch the drift here?

Now there are awards in the real estate industry, but these companies award other agents or brokers within their same company. For example, purposes let's use ABC Realty Awards. The owner of ABC Realty will award, ABC Realty Atlanta for "Best Real Estate Agency of the year. Which is nothing but a participation award to any blind eye.
